Berry Cacao Bark


  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 3/4 cup cacao powder
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Be Natural® Nutty Granola
  • 1 punnet raspberries


1. Line a standard 23x13cm loaf tin with grease proof paper
2. On a low heat place coconut oil into a small saucepan and heat until just melted. Add cacao powder, maple syrup and stir together thoroughly
3. Pour into lined tin, top evenly with Be Natural Nutty Granola® and raspberries. Refrigerate until set. Use a sharp knife to chop into shards. Best kept in refrigerator (can also be frozen)
