Berry Bliss Balls


  • 2 cups Be Natural® Berry Bliss Granola – blitzed to a small crumb
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 4 large medjool dates - finely chopped or blitzed in a blender
  • 1/2 punnet blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut, additional to finish


1. Once Be Natural® Berry Bliss Granola and dates have been blitzed, place all ingredients into a mixing bowl
2. Using your hands, combine well until the mixture comes together and is slightly sticky
3. Roll into golf ball sized balls and then into the additional desiccated coconut, until fully coated

Keep in an airtight container in refrigerator, makes 10-12 balls. (1 serve = 2 balls).
