Manuka Honey

We've taken sweet Manuka honey and combined it with our subtle, yet aromatic, spice blend of cassia, nutmeg, cloves, white pepper, cinnamon and cardamom to create flavoursome crunchy clusters. Combined with our five whole grain flakes, it makes for a very tasty cereal. Learn more
Seed Clusters
Seeds and their oils are bursting with nutrients. They also add a tasty zing!
Flame Raisins
Flame raisins add a little sweetness which comes from the natural sugars.
Cranberries
Not only do they boost flavour, they also contribute dietary fibre.
Pepitas
These seeds come from pumpkins and are a source of zinc and iron.
5 Whole Grain Flakes
Every variety of Be Natural cereal contains 5 different grains – wheat, oats, triticale, barley and rye.
Strawberries
A great source of Vitamin C and the perfect complement to cranberries.
Cloves
This spice has a sweet, fruity, spicy, peppery and woody aroma.
Nutmeg
A spice with a warm, sweet flavour.
Oats
Great for their richness in soluble fibre and delicious nutty flavour.
Cinnamon
This sweet flavoured spice comes from the outer brown bark of the cinnamomum tree.
Manuka Honey
Manuka honey is added for its natural sweetness.
Spice Clusters
Cassia, nutmeg, cloves, white pepper, cinnamon and cardamom are ground into a subtle yet aromatic signature spice.
