Wheat

Oats

Barley

Barley is a grain that has been around for centuries. It is a great source of soluble fibre and adds a smooth, malty flavour.

Triticale

Grown commercially for just 35 years, triticale (pronounced trit-i-KAY-lee) is a cross between wheat and rye, and provides essential nutrients.

Rye

This staple grain has been widely cultivated since the Middle Ages. Rye adds colour and flavour, and provides dietary fibre.
